Enjoy two comfortable double bedrooms, a pull-out sofa in the living room, a bathroom with tub, washer, and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Wifi, bluetooth stereo system (bring your vinyl!), and Smart TV. Enjoy dining and relaxing on the spacious deck with commanding water views, and for the little ones, swinging and sliding on the swing set. Above the garage is a recreation room with a ping pong table as well as a smashing children's playroom filled with toys, board games, puzzles, and books. This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our Log Cabin is located in the woods on the Salmon Falls River, right next door to our family run farm. The property is located half in Sanbornville NH and half in Acton Maine. There is so much to do on the property and throughout the Lakes Region. Our Log Cabin is completely off grid, which runs fully off solar and Wi-Fi.

This property is within a 4 minute walk from restaurants, Church Landing, parks, hotels & the town docks. It features private parking, a bocce court, decks, and a very central location. The suite has a large bedroom with queen mattress, private bath, and a large sitting room with YouTube TV, Netflix, and Apple TV. We provide towels, toiletries, and free wifi.
