YurtSimple is where life slows down and people unplug. It’s forest bathing in nature. It’s getting away from it all to spend time with a partner, by oneself, and sometimes with pets. You’ll be driving past YurtCation (about 300 feet past YurtCation) to get to YurtSimple. YurtCation is 20’ in diameter and YurtSimple is 16’ in diameter. Wood and charcoal are provided. You may cook on the indoor wood stove top, or visit any number of great restaurants 2 miles away. You can even order pizza delivery

"Tiny House" Cabin at Spring Lake Campground

The excitement of camping with all the comforts! Outdoor grilling area with picnic table, queen size bed in the loft, 2 recliners & TV/dvd, AC/heat, sink, microwave & mini fridge. Kitchen service for 2, basic cooking essentials, towels & bedding. Well kept private port-a-john outside cabin & outdoor shower is close by at north end of store (no toilet inside cabin) Bring bikes to ride the “Great River Trail”. Walk everywhere in downtown Freeport.

Downtown Freeport, walking distance to movies, bars, restaurants. Some of the summer activities include concert on the square once a month, market every Saturday. The largest car show with 1000 old cars, the air show. If you like to walk or ride a bike there’s Jane Adam’s trail. Krape park is beautiful with many trails on the river where you can rent kayaks. The kitchen is apartment sized but boasts a counter top induction cook top, oven, microwave, Keurig,and refrigerator.
