The home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with private exterior staircase on the left side of the home. The area boasts shopping, public boat ramps, and Emerald Isle beach access just a few miles away.

Named for the 250 year old huge live oak in the front yard, the Island Treehouse is down the street from the beach. Extensively renovated space including new central AC is open and relaxing with a private deck overlooking a lush garden. Large, relaxing outdoor shower. You’ll love the town, restaurants, bike paths, public boat ramp, friendly people. Bogue Pier within walking distance for sightseeing or ocean fishing. This place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers or business travelers.

The Beach Flat

Renovated cozy, comfortable, well appointed third floor walk up studio (no elevator) in gated Pebble Beach Community. Studio is walking distance to the beach and overlooks the courtyard. Along with enjoying the beach, remember to also take advantage of the community amenities. The community has two outdoor pools and one heated indoor pool, tennis courts and a fitness center. There are several adorable boutiques, restaurants, and Publix is located within a mile. Please note * 3rd floor walk up*

Waterfront Getaway with kayaks, jonboat, & fishing

This cozy cottage with amazing reading retreat is perfect for the adventurer at heart. Waterfront with 2 kayaks and a small boat with oars (trolling motor and battery for rent). 3 miles to the Beach. Fish for flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The View is amazing! Steps from the water. The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.
