Close to down hill and cross country skiing, The links walking trails, winery, brewery , distiller. Colleges include Cazenovia, Morrisville, and Colgate, and only 25 miles to Syracuse University. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and even small families will find solace here. Welcome!

The Waterfall house - Syracuse

Welcome to “The Waterfall House”, a family retreat with a gorgeous natural waterfall! Relax and enjoy the most serene location with 8.5 acres of land featuring a private waterfall and stream. This open floor plan home is a perfect spot to gather family or use it as a place to stay while visiting Syracuse. This park like setting is a photographers dream. This is the best location for a true outdoor enthusiast. Spot wildlife from every window in the house or fish for trout in the stream!

The Magee House

This 19th-century country farmhouse has been recently renovated with all the modern conveniences while preserving its historic charm. With three living spaces and two fireplaces, there's plenty of room to relax with family and friends. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. Celebrate special events in the unique bar room. The four bedrooms and the two updated baths offer comfort and convenience. Enjoy the outdoors on the patio. Take a walk to the pond or down the mowed field path.

Your Nest in the Woods Treehouse

Your Nest in the Woods Treehouse is a great place for adults to feel like a kid again and to unwind in the woods or down by the water! A cozy get-away for couples, or small group get together! (The Nest is not suitable children or pets). The tree house has front and back decks. Under the treehouse is a sheltered picnic table area, propane grill, and a wood fire pit and outdoor games. Hang out by the overlook and enjoy the view or follow trail down to Fish Creek water access.

*PLEASE READ BEFORE INQUIRING * We base our pricing on the use of bedrooms- 1 bedroom is $250/night, 2 bedrooms is $400/night (before airbnb fees) 2 night minimum stay with a 4 guest limit. Private, spacious suite just steps away from everything! Two large bedrooms, full bathroom, and gracious living room with open gas fireplace, all furnished with heirloom furniture. Luxury bedlinens. Private entrance. Walk-in shower. No kitchen, but we offer a mini fridge and microwave!
