This wing of my renovated and restored 1880’s farmhouse has private front and back entrances leading to the main hallway/parlor. Living room with TV, puzzles, games, cards, magazines, and more. The adjoining kitchen and dining area offers many amenities such as fridge, stove, microwave, coffee service. Under stairs is a half bath. Up the grand staircase are two large queen rooms with full bathrooms en suite, as well as an additional queen bedroom w/out bath. Tasteful, comfortable, thoughtful.

This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home is located on 130' of beautiful, level Owasco Lake shoreline. The property also boarders a small brook providing water views from every window in the home! The first floor bedroom layout includes a master with King bed and sliding glass door entrance onto the 26' deck and a bedroom with Queen bed that share a full bath.
