Inside you will find a luxurious kitchen w/ everything you need, comfy furniture, 250+ TV channels, high speed internet/WiFi, a bar, granite counter tops and plenty of room for the whole family. Unwind and enjoy the city in our cozy and clean guest suite! We have been here for five years renting out our suite to some wonderful guests. We really enjoy hosting and we try to make all of our guests feel as much at home as possible. We have had great experiences with our guests and we can't wait for you to enjoy yourself at our guest suite. We live in the main home that is separate from the suite but adjacent. Topaz Ranch is also located on an acre in a quiet, rural neighborhood. This rustic home is ideal for guests who want to relax by the pool, enjoy nature, or hike/bike the many nearby trails. For those traveling with pets: Please contact us, as a $50 pet fee will need to be added to your total.

Relax at our desert Casita-perfect for a couple or small family. Books, toys, board games & WIFI will keep everyone entertained. Unwind at our resort-style pool* w/ private lounging area. I-17 (5 min), Ben Avery (10 min), Scottsdale/Lake Pleasant (30 min), Sedona (1.5 hr). We allow off-street boat & trailer parking for our guests, upon request. *Pool hours are 8am-9pm. For an additional fee of $25 the hot tub will be heated for a three hour period. Give us a heads up when booking!
