We are waiting for you in our accommodation, renovated and with access to the woods, village and cycle paths. In winter warm yourself with the stove and reach Christmas markets (Merano,Bolzano,Trento) in less than an hour on panoramic roads. In summer, venture out towards lakes and meadows or lie down in the garden or visit our vegetable garden. 45 minutes from Bolzano fair. Wo einst eine große Wiese mit Farnen war, steht nun unser "farnhaus", inmitten der Natur, ruhig gelegen und dennoch schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer hochwertigen Wohnzone oberhalb des historischen Weindorfes St. Pauls. Sie ist 2016 gebaut und komplett neu eingerichtet worden. Durch die große Terrassentür, die Holzböden und die ausgewählten Einrichtungsstücke präsentiert sie sich hell und warm und lädt zu einem gemütlichen Aufenthalt ein. Die großzügigen Schränke und Schubladen in Zimmer und Bad geben genügend Platz für einen längeren Aufenthalt.
