Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine Maisonette mit vier Schlafplätzen: unten ist ein Doppelbe, auf dem Hängeboden ein französisches Bett.

Al piano di sopra c'è una camera da letto, un bagno piccolo e un terrazzino dal quale si accede tramite una scala alla terrazza. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata.
