Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historical building. In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

Jahrhundert, das im Laufe der Jahre umgestaltet und umgenutzt wurde, aber immer noch die Gelassenheit der damaligen Zeit ausstrahlt. Zehn Gehminuten vom Markusplatz und der Rialtobrücke entfernt, ganz in der Nähe der Buchhandlung Acqua Alta. Günstig, um die Biennale und die schönen Inseln in der Nähe von Venedig zu erreichen, schlagen wir eine Design-Wohnung, sehr komfortabel mit einer beheizten Veranda im Grünen.

Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

Appartamento al primo piano in un tipico palazzo veneziano dell’800. Molto luminoso e posto in pieno centro storico con molti negozi e servizi, ma fuori dalla confusione. L’entrata è condivisa con il gestore dell’appartamento, ma del tutto separato. In condivisione resta solo l’entrata principale e la zona lavanderia. La cucina è abitabile, mentre nella stanza principale si trova un letto matrimoniale ed un piccolo salotto.

Ci chiamiamo Silvia e Massimiliano e insieme abbiamo deciso di mettere a disposizione questa casa dei primi del 500, che abbiamo chiamato Emma, come la nostra amata figlia. Abbiamo pensato ai nostri viaggi, a quello che ci sarebbe piaciuto trovare una volta arrivati alla meta e alle piccole cose che fanno la differenza.
