In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

Prestigioso appartamento con balcone vista canale a pochi minuti da piazza San Marco ma in una zona tranquilla. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con Polizia e Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

Typical Venetian family-run home, located in the characteristic Castello district. The central location allows you to visit attractions such as Piazza San Marco, the Rialto Bridge on foot and is located 5 minutes from the Biennale. For the safety and comfort of our guests, in this apartment, the surfaces are sanitized with alcohol-based products and bleach. All the linen in the house is washed at 60 degrees with sanitizer and disinfectant for laundry.

Siamo due sorelle Claudia e Chiara, nate e cresciute nella Venezia più autentica. Apparteniamo alla sesta generazione di veneziani della nostra famiglia. Insieme a mamma Marisa e papà Carlo, vi apriamo le porte del nostro appartamento che si trova nel cuore del Sestiere di Castello, a due passi dalla Biennale, a 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco e a due fermate di vaporetto dalla spiaggia del Lido di Venezia.

Splendido e luminosissimo appartamento di 80 mq appena ristrutturato (Luglio 2018) situato in zona San Marco- Arsenale- Biennale comodamente raggiungibile sia dalla stazione che dall'aeroporto (la fermata Arsenale del vaporetto è a pochi metri senza ponti, dove sosta anche il motoscafo Alilaguna proveniente dall'aeroporto).
