Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzem renoviert und befindet sich in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Genova Brignole und Zur Stadt historischer Zentrum (15/20 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus ein paar Stationen) und der Strandpromenade (3 Minuten zu Fuß), zur Fiera del Mare, wo wichtige Ausstellungen stattfinden (5 Minuten Fußweg). Auch ist, die Wohnung befindet sich 1,5 Stunden mit dem Auto und 2 Stunden mit dem Zug von Mailand Expo 2015 befindet. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der 6. Etage (mit Aufzug). Wir leben in der benachbarten Wohnung und sind für jeden Bedarf oder Wunsch erreichbar. Die Oberfläche ist rund 120 m² auf zwei Ebenen und besteht aus 4 Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer, einem Esszimmer, einer kleinen Küche, zwei Badezimmer, eins mit Dusche und das andere mit Badewanne. Darüberhinaus gibt es eine große Terrasse, wo Sie auf unserer amaca entspannen, Sonnenbaden und sogar eine Dusche nehmen können! Alle Zimmer können mit Schlüssel abgesperrt werden. Internet-Zugang steht im Wohnzimmer kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist mit allen Komforts ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Bügeleisen ... ). Einige Grundnahrungsmittel, wie Getränke, Kaffee etc. stehen zur Verfügung. Hier verlassen wir uns auf den Gast, diese zu ersetzen, falls diese verwendet und/oder aufgebraucht wurden. Wir sind Liebhaber von kleinen Kunstgegenständen. Fast alles, was Sie in unserer Wohnung sehen, können Sie kaufen (suchen Sie nach den Preisen an das jeweiligen Objekten) ! Es ist für uns eine weitere originelle Art und Weise, unser Leben und unsere Kultur, in airbnb Stil zu teilen. Gerne können Sie entweder ein Zimmer mit einem eigenen Bad oder das gesamte Appartement mieten, je nach Ihrem Budget und Wünschen. Gerne bieten wir auch Angebote, je nach Saison, Anzahl der gebuchten Zimmer und Nächte an. Unsere Wohnung ist leicht mit dem Auto erreichbar. Gerne können Sie die öffentlichen gebührenfreie Parkplätze in der Nähe benutzen oder Sie mieten eins von unseren Parkplätzen direkt neben unserem Haus für 15 Euro / Tag . Die Gegend ist sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ausgestattet und Sie können zwei Mietwagen 1 Minute zu Fuß zu finden. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine Kurtaxe von 1,5 € pro Tag und Person (ausgenommen Kinder) für max 8 Tage bei der Ankunft bezahlt werden. Bei Fragen stehen wir Ihnen sehr gerne zur Verfügung.

È previsto sia il check-in di persona, sia il self-check-in per consentire agli ospiti di arrivare a qualsiasi orario.
