La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base strategica per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

Il Cubetto - Sun Studio: absolute exclusivity

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

With its 42 mt high, the Salvucci Tower is one of the famous towers of San Gimignano and today the only one turned into a vertically-spread apartment divided into 11 floors, for a total of 143 steps. A unique and timeless place, ideal to experience something never tried before. The tower can hosts couples or small groups up to 3 people. Its panoramic rooftop boasts an incredibly breathtaking view all over the town.

Es besteht aus Küche, Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und großem Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, Bad und Ankleideraum. Der Raum wird durch eine große Außenterrasse mit Sesseln und einem Tisch zum Entspannen während des Aufenthalts verschönert, jenseits des Babecue-Bereichs.

L'alloggio e' situato in un area residenziale in aperta campagna dove regna la tranquillita' Il silenzio della notte e' interrotto soltanto dai rumori degli animali notturni. L'alloggio si affaccia su una verde vallata che termina nelle giornate piu serene nel mare, e dal quale sono visibili alcuni chilometri di costa. Punto di partenza perfetto per passeggiate a piedi con sentieristica tracciata e gite in bicicletta. Parcheggio privato interno all’abitazione.
