Nel grande cortile esterno troverete una piscina a sale con area relax su terrazza panoramica con vista su castello e vigneti con tramonti unici.

APPARTAMENTO CASTELLO is located in a beautifully restored 18th-century Tuscan country house, 6 km from the sea, on the famous Wine Road between Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri. The beautiful garden is perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature. The location is ideal for a holiday: sandy beaches a few minute drive away, scenic cypress-lined cycling routes, tiny villages nestled between the sea and the hills. Everything is close by, even though you're surrounded by countryside!

The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. We are Emilia and Luca, we live here and our mission is to give the best to our guests, to fully enjoy this marvelous place.

Given the thick walls and its position, the temperature is always pleasantly cool even during the hot summer months. It comfortably accommodates 8 persons.

Unsere Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, um dort Ihren Urlaub zu verbringen und/oder dort in Smartworking zu arbeiten. Die Wohnung hat viele Konforts und eine ausgezeichnete WiFi-Verbindung, welche uns erlaubt, wie im Büro zu arbeiten. Um sich zu entspannen, kann man dies auf der Dachterasse tun, wo Sie das Meer, das nur einige Kilometer entfernt liegt, betrachten können. Wie lieben es, dort beim Sonnenuntergang zu sitzen bei einem Stück Focaccia und einem Bier !

The strategic position allows to make excursions, thermal paths, archaeological, food and wine and are within just an hour by car, the most important art cities of Tuscany (Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Florence). Castagneto Carducci is a beautiful medieval village dating back to the year 1000.

E' un appartamento facente parte di una tenuta completamente recintata di 60 ettari di natura incontaminata: più di 1000 ulivi, innumerevoli cipressi e foreste profumate creano un ambiente idilliaco per coloro che ricercano tranquillità e silenzi. La tenuta Palmierina è in prossimità di Castelfalfi (un vero gioiello di architettura medievale) e nelle vicinanze di Firenze (50 Km), Siena (50 Km), Pisa (50 Km). Nelle vicinanze ci sono due campi da golf.
