Las Rocas - Canarian house - heated pool + garden

A beautiful restored traditional Canarian farmhouse located in the country but just a few minutes from town. The house has lovely views of the mountains and the sea which you can enjoy from one of the many outside areas. This is our family home and has everything you'd need for a perfect holiday including a heated pool, gas barbeque, sun loungers, outside sofas and even an exercise area with weights and a bike. Entspannt Euch in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft und genießt romantische Zweisamkeit beim Sonnenuntergang und einem Glas Wein. Der spektakuläre Blick ins Tal (Barranco de Anzoe) aufs Meer bis zum Teide auf Teneriffa ist kaum zu übertreffen. Die ca 45 m2 große Höhle mit Anbau ist über 100 Jahre alt und wurde im Sommer 2022 zu neuem Leben erweckt und liebevoll als Ferienwohnung renoviert. Die komfortable Ausstattung lässt FAST keine Wünsche offen (Achtung WLAN vorhanden, KEIN TV!! ;-)

Suitable for 4 adults and a child up to 3 years old The property has excellent lighting and a lot of quality equipment (very high quality Tempur visco mattress) Around you will find cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The San Francisco neighborhood is an enclave that deserves to be visited, given its historical character and typical architecture.

La casa de Eni

La casa, es una vivienda típica canaria con más de 200 años de antigüedad, que ha sido restaurada en estos últimos años y decorada con mucho cariño, dándole un aspecto juvenil y moderno. Mantiene la estructura original de la época, cuando las casas tenían habitaciones que daban a un patio. Con el objetivo de mantener su valor histórico,en cada una de ellas hemos habilitado el baño, el dormitorio y salón cocina. Todo ello rodeado de un patio al aire libre, con hamaca y zona de descanso.

El alpendre entre palmeras

Antiguo alpendre recientemente transformado para su uso residencial en Santa Lucía de Tirajana. El alpendre era la casa de los animales. Los más apreciados y difíciles de sostener eran las vacas . Solía haber dos por propiedad. La parte de la vacas es ahora el salón comedor y cocina. Las cabras y la burra se alojaban en las otras dependencias que hoy día son los dormitorios, y el baño actual era el lugar donde se depositaba la hierba del resto del día, ya que se solía coger por la mañana .

Geschäftiges Treiben oder Ruhepol, mit oder ohne Auto, zentral und doch individuell. Das vollständig ausgestattete, alte Bürgerhaus im Zentrum von San Gregorio in einer Fußgängerzone wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Altes wurde erhalten und neue Details hinzugefügt, um einen ganz speziellen Ort zu schaffen. Dazu kommen eine eigene Terrasse, High-Speed-Internet, Satelliten-TV, ein extra breites Bett und eine Nachbarschaft, in der man in das wahre Leben der Kanaren eintauchen kann.

Salinetas es una playa pequeña, familiar. Es muy tranquila lo que permite descansar, salir a nadar o tomar sol en la arena. La playa está a unos metros de la casa, pareciendo que vuele sobre el mar y esta situación privilegiada le permitirá disfrutar tanto de las vistas como de su entorno. Dispondrá de todas las comodidades necesarias para disfrute de una relajada estancia, con vistas únicas al mar dando un toque de infinita paz, haciendo que las vacaciones se disfruten al máximo.

Beautiful rural house located in lovely surroundings in La Atalaya de Santa Brigida, next to the golf course of Bandama and ideal for walkers and nature lovers, to escape with family, with friends or family. You also have access to the shared pool that is situated about 150 meters from the house. Supermarkets, shops, and a golf course are close of the Villa. Is recommendable to rent a car to get to both the town and for touring the island, because the bus service is reduced.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Tiene capacidad para seis personas como máximo. La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

IMPORTANTE: vea las fotos de la escalera de acceso no es apta para movilidad reducida y difícil para maletas muy grandes y pesadas. Nuestro pequeño Loft-Atico (habitacion completa con cocina y baño independiente de la vivienda principal) es una Primera planta, con acceso directo e independiente desde la calle. está situado en un barrio histórico. Enclave muy tranquilo para descansar y muy céntrico. Es una casa unifamiliar, al lado vivimos nosotros.

Welcome to our beloved country house! Las Regaderas is a newly reformed typical canarian house full of tradition. In our cottage you could find lots of trees and flowers and a marvelous sunbathing zone with a private pool in the outside. There is also a big barbecue zone right next to the house. Our cottage is far enough to enjoy nature and quietness but less than 5 minutes by car from the city of Arucas. Ideal for visiting the north of the island.
