Wenn man aus den Fenstern des alten Turms schaut, ist klar, wie die Landschaft in der Vergangenheit ist und der Geist der "alten" Toskanawartet immer noch darauf, dass sie von jedem wiederentdeckt wird, der eine Ferienzeit im Casale verbringt. Das Dorf ist in sechs unterschiedlich große Wohnungen unterteilt, kann aber auch als Privatvilla gemietet werden.Bei separater Anmietung verfügt jedes Apartment über einen eigenen Eingang, Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und eine eigene Küche. Die Kunden teilen sich nur die Außenbereiche einschließlich des Pools mit den anderen Gästen. Während der Vermietung als Villa haben Kunden die Möglichkeit, das gesamte Anwesen privat zu genießen und einen Urlaub voller Entspannung und völliger Unabhängigkeit zu genießen. In diesem Fall werden die Apartments Sangioveto, Prugnolo, Cardisco und Morellino (mit Innentüren) miteinander verbunden und das gesamte Bauernhaus bietet Platz für bis zu 16 Personen. Alle Apartments und damit auch die Villa wurden vom Eigentümer mit größter Sorgfalt eingerichtet und kombinieren die alten Familienmöbel mit originalen modernen Möbeln. Eine private Außentreppe führt zu diesem gemütlichen Apartment, ideal für zwei Gäste. Die Landhausküche mit antiken Marmorarbeitsplatten und Waschbecken öffnet sich zu einem kleinen Wohnbereich, geräumig genug für ein Einzelbett für Paare mit einem Kind. Ein Doppelzimmer mit Kleiderschrank und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche vervollständigen diese Wohnung. Großer Garten (mehr als 3000 Quadratmeter) für alle Gäste mit Tischen, Stühlen und einem Grill.

We are located halfway between Florence and Siena, in a perfect position to discover San Giminiano, Volterra, Siena, Lucca, and the Tyrrhenian coast, which are just a few kilometers away. The farm is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and woods where you can walk freely, has a large and well-kept garden and a beautiful shaded terrace.

The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.
