L'appartamento è stato interamente ristrutturato nel 2018. È disposto su due livelli e composto da soggiorno con divano letto e angolo cottura con ampia sala da pranzo, la camera da letto é situata al piano superiore e dispone di un letto matrimoniale con guardaroba.
