Historic Stone Cottage

Spring is upon us here in the Lakes Region! Squam and Winnipesaukee minutes away and vistas to enjoy the season are all around. The cottage sleeps two but can accommodate an additional two on a comfortable sleeper couch. We even have room for your boat and trailer as the summer season arrives! The stone building, a 1920s gatekeeper’s cottage, is part of a Gilded Age estate, and is lovingly restored to meet your needs in comfort, including a full kitchen, bath and geothermal central heat and a/c.

Enjoy a weekend together in this spacious and unique space. Our studio guesthouse includes a large queen bed, daybed with trundle, fully stocked kitchenette and an eco-friendly toilet. Use the desk space to work remotely before walking to the shared beach with incredible sunset views, picnic area, playground and boat launch year round on beautiful Ossipee Lake less than .25 miles away. Close to North Conway, the Kancamagus highway, skiing at King Pine, hiking, snowmobile trails and much more!

This comfortable & cozy cabin style cottage is close to one of the most scenic hikes in NH, the Baldface Mountain Circle trail, with access to 100+ trails around Chatham and it’s locality! It is right next to the historic AMC Cold River Camp, with trails starting right from the doorstep, eliminating the usual hassle of driving and parking. The cottage can host up to 7 guest with all necessary amenities, including WiFi. Use it as a base to explore all the best that North Chatham has to offer.

Relax and unwind at in the center of North Conway Village, close to shops, restaurants, and bars. The property is the former Owner's Quarters of a rustic North Conway inn. There will be other guests in the main inn during your stay but you have a separate entrance. There is a shared mudroom and laundry. NOTE: (i) there is no kitchen (we do have a mini fridge, coffeemaker and microwave), (ii) the outdoor spaces are for the guests of the main inn only, and (iii) there is parking for 1 vehicle.
