The master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, a workspace, and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The outdoor space has a fire pit, covered back patio with bbq grill and patio furniture. Large garage space available for an additional fee.

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. This Caboose Cabin is set up on the rails, just as it was when it was rolling across the American countryside. You will find the Caboose furnished with a Full Bed, stand up shower, TV DVD player & Kitchenette. You will be able to relax on the spacious deck. The Hot Tub is an incredible place to enjoy an evening under the stars. Wooded views surround the Caboose, providing privacy and creating an intimate setting a place that you will never forget.

The Park Suite is a great home base near downtown. It includes a king bed, kitchenette, wifi, flat screen tv, and outdoor deck. The Suite has a private entrance with designated off street parking. Common areas include the garden and our (Grotto) where you can see Gadd spring, one of the areas many natural springs. It’s a short walk to Historic downtowns shops, restaurants, and activities. This is also a pet friendly place, so your little four-legged family member is also welcome.

Minutes away from Downtown Eureka Springs and about 2 miles from the Kings River. No WIFI, but we do have DISH television. We are pet and family friendly!!! Due to the gravel driveway and incline, we do not recommend low to the ground sport cars or motorcycles, or please use caution.
