It has heaters in the bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room. The living room has a fireplace. The stairs to the second bedroom are Santos Dumont stairs: sloping, with each step going back on the side that won't be used for the ascent). Among the services we offer is breakfast, which is optional (8€ a day, per person).

Das Haus ist mehr als 100 Jahre alt, und wurde 2001 renoviert. Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit je einem eigenen Bad, ein Wohnzimmer, einen Grillplatz mit Steinofen und einen sehr großen Garten mit Pool. Es befindet sich fast genau in der Mitte zwischen Porto und Lissabon (jeweils ca 160km), und 30km weit weg vom Strand. Während ihrem Aufenthalt können sie auch touristische Attraktionen besichtigen, wie z.B.: Alcobaça, Batalha, Coimbra, Fátima, Óbidos und Nazaré.

Sitio calmo e tranquilo onde se pode apreciar a natureza e observar a fauna local, através de passeios pelo pinhal, ou optar seguir a ribeira até sua nascente. Também pode relaxar na nossa piscina. Ideal para descansar com a família ou amigos. Aceitamos todos os animais. A quinta, o Chalé, o jardim e a piscina são para uso exclusivo dos hóspedes.

Das Haus liegt am Rande des Dorfes ohne Gegenüber. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe von Aktivitäten, die für Familien geeignet sind, mit einem Multiaktivitätszentrum (Baumklettern, Minigolf..) Es liegt am Rande des Naturparks Serra da Estrela, wo viele natürliche Aktivitäten möglich sind. Sie genießen einen Panoramablick auf die Berge in ruhiger und moderner Behaglichkeit. Der Swimmingpool steht ausschließlich den Gästen des Hauses zur Verfügung.

Sunflower Treehouse

Our treehouse was built over a 400 year old oak tree, standing on a rock bed under all property. Built as a hobby, and originally intended as a playground for children, it gathered the attention and amusement of our friends, family and other guests we had at our property, so we decided to share this place with others.
