The Cozy Stone Cottage was originally a pump house for the beautiful water tower which you can see from the front garden. You’ll love its rustic atmosphere and the warm cozy feeling of The Stone Cottage, separate bedroom, small gas fireplace stove, and sweet patio to sit and relax or eat a meal. The Cottage is a cozy, welcoming casita in the garden of our home. You have a separate gated entrance, full kitchen and bath, bedroom with double bed and a sitting room with queen sleep sofa. There is plenty of outside relaxing space to enjoy the flora while you are a short hop to historic downtown or the beach. City of Ventura STVR (#2340) 10% tax is included in our daily rate.

Oak & Avo RV-Carpinteria Foothills Mountain View

This converted RV is nestled in the back of our property, and is fully fenced and private. It really feels like it's own space. The RV hosts a king-sized bed, full kitchen and seating area. Outside is the shower (private, but also open to the air) and WC which are adjacent on the patio. We are pet friendly, however there is a pet fee of $20 per pet per night.
