Very well located just minutes to the airport, beaches, Isla Verde Hotels, Restaurants, Hacienda Campo Rico, Condado, and Old San Juan. Very near to Plaza Carolina Mall, Caribbean Cinemas, local supermarkets, Carolina Bowling, etc.

A Walgreens is on the corner, and buses pass frequently to go to Old San Juan, Condado, and Isla Verde. It is central for pick-up for tours of El Yunque, the Bio Bay, and more.

Close to restaurants, fast foods, banks, pharmacies, casinos and the beautiful Isla Verde Beach. We recently installed solar panels with batteries to ensure our guests have power during the blackouts that have been occurring frequently in Puerto Rico lately. We also have a water cistern in case of a water emergency.
