Property located behind Skidmore college and is connected to the Daniel’s rd state forest & Saratoga mountain bike association trail system. Unit is a 2 bedroom, 1 queen and 1 full/twin bunkbed,Wi-Fi, washer & dryer are located in garage. Wood stove is non operational & garage is owner vehicle storage during winter

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. Waterfront home with private dock on the Hudson river. Great for outdoor activities such as kayaking, fishing, swimming, tubing, boating or just relaxing. Lake George and Saratoga are both very close by. Our home is sure to impress with plenty of room. Rain or shine you can enjoy the waterfront on either of the enclosed porches. Enjoy the sunrise while never leaving your master suite. Beautiful indoor fireplace to warm up to on a chilly day. We have two kayaks you are welcome to enjoy.

On The River

This is the place for a wonderful, relaxing retreat. You’ll be pleasantly surprised when you open the door to your stay. It’s beautiful Adirondack decor is very welcoming and you will be very impressed with the sparkling cleanliness of this stay. Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with WIFI, ATT and Verizon cell service. We have a full house generator, mini split for air conditioning, deck area, a grill, and an area with a fire pit all with the river and mountain view’s. Boat parking!

The Pulpit House is a charming, European-style place with central air, a baby grand piano, a king-size bed, a queen Murphy bed, two pull-out couches, a sparkling bath, a spacious chefs’ kitchen, a bar area with darts, a pool table, and an inviting atmosphere. It’s the perfect place for your family to play, cook, and stay! Lots of games and books too The entire building is yours to explore, and you’ll be amazed by the old church upstairs! Luxury Cooperstown Area Lake Home with Amenities!!

Summer Bookings, we only accept 6 night stays aligned with “Cooperstown Dreams Park” schedule, see their site for the schedule. If you’re going to “Allstar Village” their schedule does not align with this. The 2026 season is 5/31-8/23/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! Enjoy coffee viewing the peacefulness of the lake, if mornings aren’t for you, It is as beautiful at sunset with wine.
