Halfway between the Monterey Peninsula and Santa Cruz, the Dunes Colony is a precious secret awaiting discovery by those lucky enough to experience raw, unfiltered beauty on the sandy shores surrounding Monterey Bay. “Sea Bird” is a newly renovated, single-level condominium where our guests can live luxuriously while listening as the Pacific Ocean sighs eternally just outside, its grandeur framed by wall-length windows in the main living area.

An oasis on a private retreat

A beautifully secluded area (40+ acres) surrounded by natural beauty with lovely views of Elkhorn Slough and the Pacific Ocean, away from the maddening crowd. Yet, accessible to Carmel / Pebble Beach / Santa Cruz. A variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, bicycling, kayaking, golfing and whale watching. A full breakfast is served daily. It should also be noted it is a gated property and the home is accessed through a dirt / gravel private country lane which is 0.75 mile from the gate.

Location, location, location! Enjoy a room and bathroom (en suite) located in our home in Pebble Beach. Step into your room accessed by a separate door directly to the room in our home. We are located within the gates of Pebble Beach. Pebble Beach, Carmel, Monterey Bay Peninsula, Pacific Grove all within minutes including the famous 17 Mile Drive right down our street. The Forest room is accessed through a separate entry and the outdoor garden area outside the room is NOT shared with others.

Shared bath. Not suitable for children or pets. THIS ROOM IS LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR (STAIRS). Self check in. We are offering a light take away snack of coffee/tea, fruit, yogurt, breakfast bars to get your day started. Guest fridge, kettle and microwave are available for use in the back porch. The main kitchen is closed to guests. We do live here so some family noise/scents around meal times to be expected. Small animals live on property.

Sunny Home Above Carmel Valley (SR)

A large family home overlooking beautiful Carmel Valley with funky vibes & amazing .views. We are empty nesters living on the main floor leaving the private downstairs to our guests. 12 mi to beach, 4 mi to hiking, and 1 mi to village & tasting rooms. We also have two additional listings, The Lavender Room and The Cozy Room so you can book up to 8 people very comfortable. So Sorry we cannot accommodate Children under the age of 12 or Pets

The Beach, Golfing, Diving, Fishing, Hiking are a just a few minutes away as well.
