This private and self-contained studio-apartment is within easy walking distance of central Wanaka. There is a full kitchen and laundry and off street parking. The studio has a unique grass roof and large sunny deck with a hot tub. The studio is set in a park-like setting with mature trees. Peaceful cabin with large studio room and en-suite. Close to the lake and to highways to the national park and ski fields. Surrounded by trees with a lovely outlook over the Wanaka hills. Fantails and bell birds visit often. It's a short 5 min stroll to the lake and a 5 min drive or 30 min walk along the lake shore to the town centre. Continental breakfast is provided. Pets welcome by negotiation (we have two ourselves).
