This self-contained annex forms part of my bungalow, but enjoys its own private entrance which allows guests complete freedom to come and go as they please. With wide golden sands, Carbis Bay beach has a Blue Flag Award for water quality (2025), a Seaside Award & can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Ideally situated to explore both the golden beaches and the surrounding area. We have a studio nearby and can offer screenprinting as an extra activity to your holiday.

Close to the stunning Gwithian and Godrevy surfing beaches. The spacious open plan has a fully fitted kitchen, ample comfy seating,a breakfast bar, smart t.v.,WiFi and a separate bathroom with walk in shower. Outside there is ample private parking and a patio area with seating that affords the afternoon and evening sun.

Emerald Seas is a two bedroom apartment with amazing views across Carbis Bay to St Ives. Just minutes walk to beautiful Carbis Bay Beach with its award winning facilities and a water sports centre. The apartment is a short stroll to the train station where you can join the branch line either in to picturesque St.Ives (three minutes on the train) or to connect to the main train line. The stunning South West Coast path is a stones throw from the property. Private parking included.
