Just 15km out of Haenertsberg, and directly on the R528, it is perfect for a weekend of relaxation or adventuring on the mountain. Fall asleep to the sounds of the Groot Letaba river and wake up to bird calls from our resident Green Turaco. The diverse local fauna attracts significant bird life - making the panoramic view perfect for bird watching.

Lekkerbos 7-sleeper all-wheel-drive access only

Lekkerbos is an ideal destination to get away from the rush. The tranquil cottage in the mountains near Haenertsburg is the perfect get-away setting to take a break and bond. Lekkerbos is only accessible by 4x4, all-wheel-drive or vehicle with a diff-lock. The cottage's large living area with open plan kitchen and 180-degree view over the mountains makes it ideal for spending quality time. Lekkerbos is close to outdoor activities, galleries, breweries and beautiful sceneries to get recharged.

The Watermill Cabin

Nestled among ancient pines, the 50-year-old cabin stands on the banks of the Broederstroom River, overlooking a magical waterfall. A 2km gravel road drive from Haenertsburg. ( Accessible to most cars, not sports cars) will bring you to the charming cabin. A double story with the bedroom on the first floor ( mind the steps) and the fully self-catering living space and bathroom, downstairs. A few feet from the cabin, you will have your own private deck with braai facilities. Enjoy!

Glenogle Farm, The Loft.

The Loft is an exclusive romantic hideaway, perfect for honeymooners or those celebrating a special occasion. It is a luxuriously appointed suite hidden in the forest with exquisite views over the forest and dam. This enchanting space features a bedroom, stylish living area, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom as well as a private deck. The king size 4 poster bed, high ceilings, French shutters and roaring fireplace create the perfect ambiance for those who want to get away from it all.

Waterwood's Isolated Tent, for the bush lover recluse. This remote tent will appeal to the avid nature adventurer. Enjoy the freedom of the bush whether on foot or mountain bike. Relax on the deck or sit around the fire pit while watching the game drift by. Solar powered lights, and a hot shower are a few of your limited comforts, as a bush lover enthusiast. Covid 19 response, all our staff are vaccinated and the Tent is completely isolated. There is no contact with any other guests.

Suited for MTBiking, walkers, trial runners and birders.

Reconnect with nature at this remote bushveld escape. Enjoy uninterrupted views at the secluded Otters Edge, the only cottage situated at the dam. Relax and lounge on the large daybeds in the window or get warm and cozy around the combustion fireplace. Enjoy long nature walks, fish in the dam or arrange for a game drive with Syringa Sands. The farm is located halfway Thabazimbi and Vaalwater along a 50km dirt road.

Log Cottage.

The lodge nestles in an evergreen forest. It gives a feeling of anticipation for fairies and other woodland creatures to welcome you. The forest gives complete privacy. It's a place where visitors can feel at one with nature. Bird parties visit and samango monkeys forage in the trees. The Log Cottage sleeps four guests. There are short walks along the mountain stream and you can see picturesque waterfalls

Our cozy and creative apartment will let everyone feel at home. It is ideal for business travellers and/or hospital visitors, as it is situated only 850m from Mediclinic private hospital, 1.3 km from Mediclinic day clinic, and a short drive from Central Polokwane. For the fitness lovers there's a jogging route situated at the stadium just down the road.
