Vista mozzafiato sull'arcipelago

Delizioso appartamento arredato con cura, in stile etnico, provvisto di ogni comfort, in un casolare appena ristrutturato secondo i principi della bioedilizia, immerso nella macchia mediterranea del più bel versante dell'isola d'Elba, con vista mozzafiato sull'arcipelago toscano e sulla Corsica, a 250 m sul livello del mare, dominante la spiaggia di Cavoli. L'appartamento è composto di soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano-letto per due persone, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia e ampio spazio esterno attrezzato per pranzare e prendere il sole. Il luogo è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata di 2,5 km dal paesino di San Piero in Campo (fin dove arrivano i mezzi pubblici), distante pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più incantevoli dell'isola (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) e dal centro turistico e commerciale di Marina di Campo. E' consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. La casa è immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea alternata a grandi e suggestive scogliere di granito. Il grande giardino è recintato, contiene un orto e un uliveto. Non vi sono altre abitazioni nei dintorni. Intorno alla località si snodano i più suggestivi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike. Ideale per chi è in cerca di silenzio, relax, aria pura, e ama la natura e i luoghi un pò speciali. I padroni di casa potranno aiutarvi per ogni evenienza e perplessità. BREATHTAKING VIEW ON THE ARCHIPELAGO Charming apartment,furnished in ethnic style,with every comfort,in an old cottage just renovated according to the bioarchitecture,amidst the Mediterranean bush in the most beautiful part of Elba island with breathtaking views on the Tuscan archipelago and (email hidden) a.s.l.,overlooking famous Cavoli beach. The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and divan bed for two persons,a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and a large outside patio for eating and sunbathing. You can reach the place through a 2,5 Km dirt road from San Piero in Campo,where pubblic transport ends,and from where ,in few minutes by car you can get to the best beaches of the island (Cavoli,Seccheto,Fetovaia etc.),and to the touristic and service centre of Marina di Campo. It's better to have your own car or motorbike(you can rent it anywhere on the island). The house is surrounded by the typical mediterranean bush scattered with huge granite cliffs. The large garden has an olive grove and a vegetable garden. The place is secluded and there are no other houses in the surroundings. It's an ideal place for trekking and mountain biking and lovers of relax,peace,nature and special places. Your host are ready to help for any need and request.

Charmant petit appartement au cœur du village typique de PINO bâti à flanc de montagne. (CAP-CORSE) Entièrement refait à neuf et parfaitement équipée, d’une surface habitable de 45m2 située au 1er étage d’une grande maison avec sa terrasse indépendante de 25m2. Logement idéal pour 2 PERSONNES et 1 ENFANT ou 3 ADULTES (Canapé lit dans le séjour). villa moderne au calme jardin, vue Mer , parking

L appartement est situé a furiani limitrophe bastia il domine la mer et l étang de biguglia. Il est idéal pour visiter le nord de l île: Bastia et son vieux port, Le cap corse vierge et sauvage,saint florent ses plages de sable fin,la costa verde ,corte. Du logement il y a une boucle VTT, jogging ou balade. La gare de Furiani et la plage sont a 2kms , le centre ville et le port 5kms et l aeroport de Bastia poretta 15kms. Entièrement équipé,wifi,le logement doit être réstitué propre.

Appartamento RISTRUTTURATO, 75mq a 10min dal mare.

Ideale per una vacanza in famiglia, l'appartamento si trova a circa 10 km (10 minuti) dal mare ed è posto al secondo piano di un piccolo palazzo dove anche noi viviamo, misura circa 75 mq ed è completamente ristrutturato. Composto da piccolo ingresso, 2 camere grandi, una cucina abitabile, un bagno ed un ripostiglio, è molto comodo, luminoso e spazioso. Fermata dell'autobus a circa 20 metri, farmacia, supermercato ed altri servizi TUTTI facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, ristoranti in zona

Erbalunga vue mer, trés bel appartement.

Luxe, calme et Volupté. "Chez Marie" grand T2 de 60 m2, lumineux, spacieux et climatisé en plein coeur de l'un des plus beaux villages du cap Corse, Erbalunga. Tout le village est pieton. un joli balcon sur la mer est accessible de chaque pièce et offre une vue panoramique sur le village. chalet équipé d'une chambre, d'une salle de bain avec douche, wc et lavabo. A 5 minutes à pied de l'aéroport de Bastia. Idéal pour départ très matinal ou arrivée tardive. micro-ondes et petit réfrigérateur.pour les séjour d'une nuit les draps sont des jetables,plus long séjour draps tissus.Nous avons un autre bien sous le nom de appartement calme 1 à 3 couchages à la même adresse. Possibilité de louer notre voiture au tarif de 40€/jour selon disponibilité.

Breathtaking View on St-Florent bay

On the heights of Saint-Florent, under eucalyptus and umbrella pines, with a fantastic view over the bay. A 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms apartment opened on a terrace on the bay. Very quiet and zen environment with non smoking in the apartment and on the terrace. For 4 personnes and 3 children. No smoking area inside the apartment and in the terraces.

Superbe T2 à Erbalunga,les pieds dans l'eau

Un balcon sur la mer...Ce logement isolé,sans voisinage direct sera un véritable coup de coeur! 50 m2 les pieds dans l'eau ,il offre une vue panoramique sur la mer et la tour d'Erbalunga. Toutes les pieces de la maison ont une vue mer , on a l'impression d'être sur un bateau sans les inconvénients...
