Bellissimo e ampio appartamento (130mq) situato nella splendida Piazza di Santo Stefano con vista Ponte Vecchio. La casa si trova al terzo piano ed è provvista di ascensore. Sono presenti tre camere da letto (due matrimoniali e una con due letti singoli), due bagni con finestra, un' ampia cucina con sala da pranzo ed un soggiorno a parte. e due balconi. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.
