Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Rilassatevi sul terrazzino e godetevi il suono delle onde o gli spettacolari tramonti ogni sera diversi. La casa è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Marina con tanti ristoranti, pizzerie e gelaterie. 15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro storico, con la piazza ricca di ristoranti, gelaterie e negozi di alimentari.

The apartment is located in the old town 1 minute walk from the heart of Pizzo (and Piazzan) and a further short walk you are down at Pizzo Marina where the sea meets Café, Restaurants, bars and Pizzo local beach. The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.

Breathtaking views from every window, small panoramic terrace, quiete & tranquility, and all this directly in historical center (opened for car transit from 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.) 5 min walk to the beach - central staircase to the beach starts directly from apartment.

Indipendent, self catering villa overlooking Calabrian and Sicilian coasts from the outdoors, 300 m from Santa Maria beach, on the Costa degli Dei. A relaxing private courtyard, where shadow is provided by palms, olives trees and grapewines. The villa can host up to six people in the three bedrooms. The indoor living space is limited but complemented by an outdoor patio and a terrace with plenty of comfortable seating with a view and a bbq.
