Mas Prats wird zu einer ruhigen Ecke, die zum Ausruhen und Genießen einer einzigartigen ländlichen Umgebung zwischen der Costa Brava und den Gavarres einlädt. Das einstöckige Haus ist zugänglich, geräumig und sehr hell und von jedem Raum aus kann man die Felder oder den Wald sehen. Die Vögel hören zu. Zwei große Fenster verbinden das Haus nach außen, wo die Veranda zum Genießen der Landschaft einlädt. Die Dekoration ist minimalistisch und sie dominieren die klaren Töne und das Holz. Eine ideale Wahl für jede Jahreszeit.

A stone building from 1694 having a shape of a fortified castle in the village of Capmany only 14 minutes away from Figueres and 26 minutes from Roses. The fortified construction has a big garden, two terraces, and a covered outdoor space with a pergola. Swimming pool will be ready April 2022. Capmany has more than ten wineries and your host Yves can teach you about local cuisine in form of: private dinners, hands-on cooking classes, or local experiences visiting wineries and food producers.

Casa situada en el centro del pueblo vitivinícola de Capmany (Alt Empordà-Costa Brava). Situado a 14 kilómetros de Figueres y a 10 kilómetros de la frontera francesa. También se encuentra a 25 kilómetros de las playas de la Costa Brava. Desde el pueblo se pueden realizar circuitos de BTT y senderismo y seguir rutas megalíticas. No están permitidas las grandes fiestas, pero si las barbacoas en familia y amigos. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros, familias, y grupos grandes.

The house is situated in the small village of Capmany (Gerona), which is part of the Alt Empordà region and makes up the northerly part of the Costa Brava. It is very well connected and close to the beaches or mountains, it is also close to the city of Figueres and the shopping areas on the Spanish/French border.

Ca la Conxita és una fantàstica casa de poble a Les Escaules, un poblet d'uns 100 habitants, a pocs kilòmetres de Figueres. La casa disposa de 3 habitacions: dues dobles i 1 individual. Una cuina completa amb sortida a terrassa amb barbacoa. Una gran sala d'estar (amb llar de foc) i menjador amb vistes al Castell. A la planta baixa: la mini piscina privada per a refrescar-vos. La tranquil·litat i el silenci del poble us permetran gaudir al màxim de la natura a l'entorn del riu La Muga.

Die Tierwelt ist allgegenwärtig und leicht zu beobachten. Zahlreiche Wander- oder Mountainbikewege führen direkt vom Haus aus. Unser Weiler genießt ein mediterranes Klima und liegt 40 Minuten von den Skipisten und eine Stunde vom Meer entfernt.
