🔨 Heads up: We’re currently making improvements to the property and there’s a chance of construction activity nearby on weekdays between 8am–4pm for the next few months. Magic Forest Farm's Enchanted Cabin

After five years, this work of art is finally complete! This eco friendly building was mostly constructed with materials from our forest. Nearly 200 volunteers had a hand in helping over the years in its construction. It is built with cordwood masonry, round and unique. We are a working 225 acre organic farm and homestead that grows much of our own food. You will love our friendly animals, volunteers and miles of hiking trails. This is a off grid solar powered cabin with an outhouse nearby.

“A cozy, woodsy retreat with a Bigfoot twist.” Tenting is allowed for additional guests. A 10-acre farm with a cozy 10x20 cabin, one queen-sized bed, and one futon. • Proximity to Lake George, West Mountain, Gore Mountain, and Saratoga Springs • Amenities, including WIFI, TV, fire pit, BBQ grill, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, heat, and AC. • Camp has an outdoor handwashing station with running water provided by a hose, an outdoor heated shower, and a porta-potty for bathroom needs.

Treehouse compound, no cleaning fee

The rental includes both treehouses (toilet in each), cooking/eating pavilion (only cold water at sink) (outhouse nearby), outside shower (cold), firepit. Additional guests above the 2 included in per night stay are $30 per person per night up to a maximum of 11 guests during the warmer months and 5 guests total during the cooler ends of the season (June and mid Sept to mid Oct). Beds: 3 doubles, 5 singles. No pets allowed. Not ideal for very young children or people with mobility issues.

Picturesque location on farmland with views of the mountains. We are a micro farm. Wake up and watch the sunrise and go for a short hike on the property, and get to know the animals. We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of us!

Cozy Retreat in the Trees

Time travel to 1958 in this architectural gem! This mid-century modern glass and wood cabin is 300 yards away from a charming small lake. The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom.
