Guests access the entire apartment, private balcony, shared swimming pool and barbecue area, reception area and resident's parking garage accessed directly from the lift. I do not live on the premises. In most cases I make use of the Airbnb self check-in facility because I prepare for guests in the morning and live too far away to be able to return to the city for late check in times. I am however constantly available on message and phone for enquiries and conversation. De Waterkant is a hip neighbourhood full of restaurants, cafes, and museums. Venture out to Bo Kaap nearby and explore its cobblestone streets, green spaces, and rooftop lounges. Both areas are within walking distance of the city centre.

We are not able to accommodate children The first level (ground floor level of the villa)consists of the cosy decorated lounge with flat screen TV, a dining area and the fully equipped little kitchen which can be separated from the lounge by an artfully painted sliding door. A small terrace invites you to sit outside for breakfast or sundowners. From the lounge a staircase leads downstairs to the basement with it's bedroom, a passage to the bathroom(shower only)and the dressing room. The King size bed can be separated and configured into single beds. Our guests are invited to sit in the beautifully landscaped garden on their own terrace with sun loungers and side table or enjoy the big swimming pool . From here stunning views over the whole bay and the surrounding mountains as well as spectacular sunsets will delight your senses. We respect the privacy of our guests yet we enjoy to extend hospitality and the feeling of home from home .We are available under the same roof to advise,support,recommend and help our guests to make their stay a memorable one. Camps Bay offers restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, and different beaches. It has been officially declared the safest area of Cape Town, due to privately organised street patrols and security companies. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. MyCity bus stop is circa 400m away on Geneva Drive with one route clockwise and another anticlockwise to transport visitors either to town or downhill to the Promenade . The apartment is spacious , homely, stylish and well positioned with sea and mountain views . Great balcony for sipping sundowners Guest have their own access and have exclusive use to the garden and pool . Guests are welcomed by me or one of the staff . ... they have as much or as little interaction as suits . We like to make the quests feel as comfortable as possible . An e-mail is sent to the guest prior to their arrival , with my and staff contact numbers , other useful information ...... local groceries stores , restaurant and tour suggestions . The apartment is conveniently located in a suburban residential area of Camps Bay. This hillside neighborhood is quiet and has access to nearby restaurants, bars, the beach, and downtown. Car and taxi are good or quickest . Bus ( my citi bus ) stop is 500 meters away , every 20 minutes . The apartment is cleaned daily , except for Sundays and public holidays , however requests for either can be arranged .
