Hello vacation! The 1st floor of this renovated home has a gorgeous kitchen with a huge island ideal for meal prep, eating, hanging out and more! Walking up the stairs you’ll find a beautiful living room. You can enjoy ocean views from here or the deck which is just through the sliding doors. Convenient and cozy 900 sqft 3 bedroom cottage steps from Corn Hill Beach, a beloved beach in Truro with the most stunning bayside sunsets. Equipped with A/C (split unit), fans, smart TV, wi-fi, washer/dryer combo unit, gas grill, picnic table, outdoor shower and 2 parking spots. Linens & towels are included. **NO PETS ALLOWED** This is our family cottage and our son is allergic to dogs. We do not recommend this cottage for any guests with mobility issues as the stairs are quite steep.

Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.
