Couple/family fun all year in a charming, private Cape Cod cottage w/ screened in porch, patio & outdoor shower (in Nov/Dec/Jan becomes a Gingerbread cottage). Inside: open living space w/ queen bed & sitting space. Ladder leads to a short height sleeping loft w/ 2 twin beds. Full bathroom w/ indoor shower. Kitchenette- see description below. We supply tea, local coffee, spices, condiments, gas grill, ice chests, beach towels & chairs. To sleep up to 8, also rent our Upper Room on Airbnb.

Centrally located with easy access to highways, train stations, etc. Next to a park with hiking trails, this is a secondary unit (Duplex units) with its own separate entry/exit. 3 bedrooms (one on lower level, two on 2nd level), kitchen, 2 baths (both on lower level). ~2000 square feet of space. Enjoy your Cape Code get-away in a rustic dwelling close to town in a quiet residential neighborhood. The building was created in 2010 as a part-time work space and evolved to a comfortable private summer dwelling with an outdoor stone patio. This is a perfect fit for those who love an outdoor shower (the one shower is outside). We are in walking distance to Great Island and Duck Harbor. We have a 3-night minimum, but you will want to stay longer!
