At our clean and comfortable Loft suite, you will find yourself close to the colleges and downtown activities, while staying in a country setting on six acres of land, beautiful trees, dark, star-lit nights, and we have a swing set in the backyard. You will enjoy a completely private unit with its own private entrance and no shared spaces at all. Clarkson University is close enough to see from the property. There is a washer/dryer laundry unit in this apartment for your private use.

Enjoy being easy walking distance to St. Lawrence University and main street. The efficiency apartment has a full kitchen and cozy combined bedroom and seating room with a view over the deck and backyard where a BBQ is available. The entrance from the deck is private and separate from the main house where I live with two quiet dogs on a friendly street. The apartment is 20 m walking/5 m driving to SUNY Canton and 15 m driving to Potsdam. There are also trails and two golf courses nearby.

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this private second-floor apartment above an attached garage with its own entrance. Sleeps up to 4, clean and well-equipped with everything you need. Dog friendly with prior approval. Limited yard access, weather permitting. No cleaning fee; I simply ask that you leave the apartment tidy upon departure, or a fee may be added after checkout. Walk to SLU in minutes and downtown Canton; SUNY Canton is a short walk across the footbridge or a quick drive.

Welcome to our peaceful and centrally-located home. Our rental is a 5-minute walk to SLU's campus. Located on a quiet street with plenty of parking. This rental is hosted by Kelley and friend Laura. We are happy to share our favorite restaurants and places to visit in our beautiful town. Let us know if you need anything at all! This peaceful chalet is just a stone’s throw to the St. Lawrence University campus and the Appleton Ice Arena and athletic complex. Park and never have to get in your car again to access all things St. Lawrence. There is one queen bed, one king bed, and two daybeds that turn into kings, making the space great for families visiting the beautiful North Country or parents in town for St. Lawrence activities. Once you visit, you’ll never want to stay anywhere else in Canton.

Beautiful Scenic Riverfront Home

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.
