This charming villa, situated in the heart of Wainui, is full of character. With panoramic views overlooking Akaroa Harbour and the surrounding hills, this is a superb spot to relax and unwind. Come and enjoy the unique environment any time of year. This spacious family home has 4 (+1) bedrooms, a kitchen/living room with a large log burner, and another living/dining room with an open fire, both opening onto the veranda. Private sunny (Fraemer) cottage, horses and dogs welcome, 2 bedrooms (both have queen size beds), on a small farm, parking, internet. Mandaville (5 min drive) - Indian, Thai, fis n chips, bar and restaurant; Rangiora & wineries nearby, Airport 15 mins, Christchurch City 15 mins away. We have calves and cows, and 2 dogs, Olive and Dante; children and dogs need to be supervised and have fun, Log burner May-September horses welcome @$20.00 a night ** please let us know if you are bringing a dog,

Waikuku Beach has a surf club that has patrols over the summer. View of the estuary and ocean from upstairs lounge. Private secure property completely fenced with off street parking. WIFI - fibre. Christchurch and airport less than 30 mins away.

A quiet and private oasis overlooking native bush on our farm in Banks Peninsula. A unique, off the grid experience in our warm (centrally heated) and luxurious, brand new caravan. Gaze at the stars in your own little paradise whilst soaking in our private outdoor bath and/or enjoy exploring the spectacular bays around Banks Peninsula. Our 1/2 acre section is fully fenced so that your pet (if bringing) can roam freely. Even though we are off grid, we have great internet access (fast WIFI).
