It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an open concept living room and kitchen with fireplace on the top floor. The house also features 3 private decks. The Clam Shell room is a private king suite with a private entrance and deck, full bath with a claw foot tub, king size gel foam bed, full dining table for work, art or dining, casual lounging area, compact refrigerator, a meal prep area and WIFI. There are no cooking appliances except for an electric tea kettle and coffee maker. Our neighborhood is nestled between two state parks and we are a 3 blocks to the beach. We are in rural coastal forested county with gravel roads.
