La posizione della casa permette di raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi in meno di 10 minuti percorrendo sentieri panoramici. All'interno vi è un market molto fornito ed un ampia piazza e nei pressi un Disco Bar tabacchi . Ciò rende possibile svolgere una vacanza senza l'uso di un veicolo .
