Come make pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven, swing on the porch, let the dogs play in the run, play Glow Disc Golf, Axe Throwing (safe) & Bocce Ball or horseshoes.... or choose a trail in the Nature Preserve. Sophie's cabin is tucked away in the forest of the gated Riverbend Community. It is a quiet retreat ideally suited for a couple looking to unplug and be in nature. It's both spacious and cozy with a private bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen, and a comfortable living room. There is a large private deck behind the cabin with a dining set, gas grill, and 2 lounge chairs. A large Ingles grocery store and several restaurants are open nearby. Our private lake is open and as pretty as ever.

Nestled in horse country, we are 15 miles, 20 minutes from TIEC, 5 minutes from downtown Tryon or Landrum and 3 miles from FENCE. Located across the street from the Historic Block House the cottage was built to house horses and jockeys for the Block House Steeplechase. Completely renovated, it has a bunk bed with 2 full size mattresses, an eat-in kitchen with hot plate, toaster oven and microwave, WIFI and cable TV. Coffee and bottled water are provided. Dog friendly.
