The entire house is yours while the farm owner lives in the separate basement apartment. Observe farm activities, ie, moving the grass-fed cows from pasture to pasture, see some long horns nearby, or just kick back and relax on one of the property's ponds or creek!

Spacious home with a master suite, oversized bedroom with sitting area, and guest bedroom. Three full bathrooms stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, soap, lotion, and essentials. Relax on the front porch or patio overlooking a 1-acre lake, or enjoy the sunroom. The large great room with dining area features a large bar, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and full sink. A kitchen is also upstairs with both dining areas stocked with cooking and dining necessities. Plus a private office with two desks.

Enjoy the Blue Ridge Mountains in less than an hour drive or explore the Blackwater Creek trail system along the James River. The house sleeps 6 with a king, queen and two twin bunk beds. Pet's are welcome, too.

This charming rustic cabin is located at Hat Creek Camp, a 350+ acre camp with over 7 miles of hiking trails and two lakes. The cabin has three rooms, a bedroom, bathroom, and common space/kitchen. The kitchen includes a stove, fridge, blender, coffee maker, and microwave. The bedroom has a Queen bed, and the bathroom has a spacious shower. This cabin is small but very personable, around the camp it is affectionately known as The Pickle. Perfect for quiet getaways in the country.

This unique Pittsville cabin is the perfect place to escape modern distractions and reconnect with friends and family! Take the day to sample wine from nearby local vineyards or simply tend to the crackling fire and lounge around in the living with a new book in hand. After a day of wandering around Smith Mountain Lake State Park, return to this 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath vacation rental for an evening barbecue on the spacious deck, surrounded by beautiful scenery and the ones you love!

Beautiful, large 2 bedroom apartment with stunning sunset views. Full kitchen with Keurig Coffee, microwave, oven/stove, toaster, and refrigerator. The large family room has seating for 11 while you watch cable TV. Please NO SMOKING on these premises. Swimming pool MAY be available. The pool is our families, but it often works out that my guests can use it. You must communicate your wishes and we will see it's availability. An outdoor grill is available.
