Can ride to a gas station and trails to restaurants. There is access to north Cumberland trails about 2 miles from the property. You can access brimstone takes about 15 to 20 mins. You can be at RRB in about 40 mins. Windrock is about 45 mins by road or dirt road and 3 ish hours by trail. You can also access tackett creek.

No trailering required from property to access Windrock’s G52 and G62 (Carryville Flats trail) both less than 3 miles away. ATV friendly Rocky Top with gas, restaurants, and grocery store all ridable 2 miles away. 15 minutes from Norris Lake, Aspire Park, Clinch River Brewery, Mountain Lake Marina, and Norris Damn State Park. Additional parking on adjacent property for larger rigs.

Historic year-round cabin along lakeshore w/dock

The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.
