Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Im Herzen von La Morra, in einem restaurierten Gebäude aus dem Jahr '700, ist die Unterkunft auf zwei Etagen verteilt, die zweite teilweise im Loft. Kombiniert in einem rustikalen Stil mit moderne Möbeln, besteht es aus Küche; ein großer Wohnbereich mit einem Tisch für 8 Personen, zusätzlich zum Schlafsofa; ein zweites Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Sofas auf der oberen Ebene. Es verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit Queen betten sowie ein Babybett. Sie finden drei komplett Badezimmer mit Duschen.

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.
