Santina is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of life! Positioned in a field behind our farmhouse, the shepherd hut is surrounded by farm land. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub (** see 'details to note' re cost) or star gazing by the fire pit under skies that are not interrupted by streetlamps before retiring to the cosiness of the hut which is heated by a log burner. Lots of lovely local walks. Easy access to the A14 & A1 and perfect location for exploring local villages.

A stunning shepherd's hut in a beautiful lakeside location. Set at the back of a working farm & equestrian centre the hut is well-appointed with modern decor. Visitors will have the use of the hut, stunning firepit & BBQ. A beautiful private wood-fired hot tub is attached for your exclusive use. There is also a sauna a few steps away. The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb.

The boat forms part of the overall space incorporating the bedroom with a king size bed, accompanied by a adjoining boat shack with an eclectic industrial style kitchen and bathroom with walk-in shower.

We are located close to the vibrant Mill Road area, which has many independent shops, Delis and restaurants. Also close by is the Junction music venue, The Light cinema, tenpin bowling and Puregym. We are 10 minutes by bike from the biomedical campus and Addenbrookes Hospital.

Situated within walking distance of Elm village, with its popular pub, The Sportsman, opposite All Saints Church, being a short walk. There's also a convenience store in Birch Grove. Welcome to the Garden Studio in central Cambridge, offering off street parking and private entrance. An 8 minute walk to the river will give you access to Jesus Green, fine restaurants, riverside pubs and punting. The studio is a non-smoking space, it has a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, a comfy chair, a king size bed, a bathroom with shower, and for any music lovers, a piano.
