La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

La casina di mezzo è relax, tranquillità, natura, una bella vista sul Monte Gabberi, e perchè no? Anche amicizia. Un luogo dove poter condividere oppure rimanere in pace, all'ombra degli ulivi o sul divano con un buon libro.

Con i suoi caffè, ristoranti , negozi puoi fare delle belle passeggiate a piedi o in mountainbike lungo la via Francigena o lungo i sentieri delle colline camaioresi. L'unico locale in comune (con noi che abitiamo sopra) è la lavanderia che è in una stanza indipendente .Il parcheggio ,gratuito , è sulla strada (a 20 metri dalla porta di casa) Non c'è giardino ma ci si può sedere fuori magari per bersi un drink .
