Das Hausboot liegt an der Tybee Island Marina am Lazaretto Creek, entlang der westlichen Grenze von Tybee Island, und bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang, eingebettet in einen ruhigen Ort zwischen dem Strand auf Tybee oder einem Tag, um Savannah zu erkunden. Aufgrund seiner Lage an einem schwimmenden Dock in einem Gezeitenbach, mit Ebbe, die einen schwierigen/steilen Übergang zwischen den schwimmenden und stationären Docks ermöglicht, ist das Hausboot nicht ideal für Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität.
