PLEASE NOTE : IN CASE THE CALENDAR IS FULLY BOOKED, THERE IS ANOTHER 2ND BEACHFRONT APARTMENT AVAILABLE, NEXT TO THIS ONE, ON THE SAME HOUSE AND ON THE SAME FLOOR (for more info please contact me) .Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. Ampio e luminoso appartamento di recente costruzione, in elegante palazzina, con un bellissimo giardino, barbecue, parcheggio privato, aria condizionata e WIFI. E' situato in via Austria 2a, a pochi passi dal mare, in un nuovo quartiere circondato da curatissime aree verdi. Si può raggiungere la bellissima spiaggia del Poetto in soli dieci minuti a piedi percorrendo un sentiero che costeggia il parco naturale di Molentargius. Il quartiere offre tutti i servizi necessari per il vostro soggiorno.

Appartement en duplex en plein cœur de la vieille ville de Cagliari, dans le quartier de stampace. Petite rue calme et colorée à proximité de la zone commerçante et du port. Logement entièrement neuf, rénové par une agence d’architecture parisienne. Grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine ouverte, très lumineux et vue sur la vieille ville. A l étage, une chambre sous le toit avec velux électrique et une verrière de type atelier, et salle de bain. Les parties communes seront prochainement rénovées.

La sua posizione, in pieno centro città, vi permetterà di raggiungere a piedi in 2 minuti ''Piazza Yenne'' e nello stesso tempo la Marina. L' appartamento è circondato da molti ristoranti tipici , immergendovi a pieno nella cultura culinaria Sarda. La casa è molto tranquilla e moderna , nonostante si trovi in un centro storico. Intorno alla casa ci sono diversi parcheggi gratuiti dove poter lasciare la propria auto.
