The terraced house consists of a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor we find the living room, the kitchen / dining room, the patio with its dining, lounge and barbecue areas and an outdoor bathroom. In the first one is the night area with the two bedrooms and a bathroom en suite in a room. The house has been recently renovated and is in very good condition. Its dry stone walls are warm in winter and cool in summer. It also has air conditioning that in winter turns into heating.

The house is intended to bring together local Mediterranean architecture and minimal contemporary design. The L-shape of the house is rendered white and minimal finishes are used through the interior. Downstairs, the open plan design is connected by a terrace, giving the space an indoor-outdoor feel. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom open onto a private terrace which looks out towards the beach. Ca na Isla has been meticulously designed to ensure you can make most of calm, Mallorca days.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.
