You will enjoy staying in this 3 bedroom cosy and quirky late 19th century railway sleeper cottage situated next to Deshar Woods in the popular village of Boat of Garten near Aviemore. We are next door so can help you if you need any assistance or local recommendations. You can sit out in the private cottage courtyard patio space in which the hot tub is located. You are also welcome to use the sauna and Granlea gardens which include a children's play area, lawn, table tennis table, bbq area etc.

Designed to accommodate 4 guests the cottage boasts an upgraded, sociable kitchen-dining space off which lies the cosy living room with its log-burner and stunning panoramic views. There is also a sizeable 'boot room' area for drying and storage of all your outdoor gear/bikes/skis. The downstairs family bathroom includes a shower/bath combination whilst the upstairs shower room provides facilities close to the sleeping quarters, made up of a sizeable master bedroom and a large twin room.

The Jacobite’s Lodge is a converted 1820 farmhouse in Spey Valley, 1 mile from Kingussie in the Cairngorms National Park. My place is close to the village centre. You can walk through the woods and be in centre in about 20mins. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the neighbourhood.
