Our house is Architect designed with wonderful views over the valley towards Glen Affric and the mountains. We are 4 miles from the very busy town of Drumnadrochit so if you like peace and quiet this is the place to be. The house is situated un 2.5 acres of woodland with a small lochum. We have 14 hens, 8 ducks and 1 cat. The garden is full of wild life and birds, we have red squirrel, foxes and pinemartins. Please note we have no cooking or dining facilities, and no takeaways in room.

At Cnoc Sualtach (Knock-salt-ash), we offer a cosy en suite double room with a king-sized bed. Each morning, we serve a hearty breakfast made with local ingredients in our inviting dining room. Guests can unwind in the lounge, read, enjoy music, or sit by the wood burner. Our home is warm, inclusive, and welcoming, with deep respect for people and nature. We’re just a short walk from the village centre, its friendly shop, scenic paths, and the Cateran Trail and nearby beautiful spots to explore.

St Andrews, charming cottage 5 minutes from centre

We're close to the medieval town and beaches of St Andrews - just 2 miles from the centre, so you can cycle/walk as well as drive. You’ll love our place because of its quiet location on a country estate: from here you can walk, golf, sightsee, in winter go up and ski at Glenshee; head to Edinburgh (1hr by train) and Glasgow, eat in fabulous restaurants or stay and cook in our well-equipped kitchen. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends.

Bank House, Invergarry

Our home is situated in the beautiful village of Invergarry in the Scottish Highlands. Invergarry is on the A87, the road that leads to the Isle of Skye. We offer a self contained private ensuite bedroom with its own entrance to outside, our guests are provided with keys to both doors. Our room can be setup as either a superking bed or as two singles. Your room is equipped with a small fridge in which you will find a delicious continental breakfast and other treats. A warm welcome awaits you.

The Attic @ Aikenhead House

ECO-FRIENDLY/ORGANIC/RURAL/HOT TUB/99% midge free The Attic is a cosy, self contained Cottage designed to help you relax and unwind - curling up by the wood burning stove or enjoying the rural views from the wood fired hot tub in the garden. It is also a great base for exploring and adventuring. A breakfast bundle (vegan/GF available) is provided for your first morning. We are passionate about providing an eco-friendly experience for you - organic and locally sourced items wherever possible.

Garden Outlook. Double Room (Shared Bath).

A wee double room at the front of the house, facing south over the garden toward the hills. Part of a family home in the Cairngorms - warm, straightforward and completely at home in the glen. Double bed, blackout curtains, 43" TV with Netflix and BBC iPlayer, superfast WiFi. The room shares a modern shower-room across the hall with one other room - bath sheets and toiletries provided. Light continental breakfast included every morning. Guest kitchen and sun-room for all B&B guests.

The Blue Room, Thornton Castle

Traditional & relaxed B&B in our family home. Twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Full breakfast included. For a large party, two other bedrooms may also be available on the same corridor. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. Our tennis court, croquet lawn and billiards table is available for the use of guests.

Close to golf clubs including 'Gleneagles', the major roads to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dundee are easily accessed and Perth is just 7 miles away. There various eateries we can recommend in the local area.

Nestled within Strathardle glen, The Red House, in the hamlet of Ballintuim on the A924, lies midway between the busy market town of Blairgowrie and the popular spa resort of Pitlochry, with its superb riverside Festival Theatre. Unspoilt views of the glen are a feature, as is the nearby River Ardle, with the popular walkers' Cateran Trail close by.

My place is close to public transport and the city centre. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, a great shower, well-equipped kitchen, fast Broadband and the cosiness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Lovely woodlands with a great network of trails are just outside the door.
