Precioso y coqueto apartamento de un dormitorio con una inmensa terraza (40m2) de acceso independiente y completamente equipada que mira al Castillo de San Marcos. La casa se encuentra en pleno centro de El Puerto de Santa María, a 2 minutos de bares y restaurantes y a 5 de la estación marítima que conecta con Cádiz. Es una zona muy tranquila, por lo que no tendrás molestias durante tu estancia, a pesar de estar muy cerca de todos los lugares de interés. El apartamento es ideal para parejas.

This 2nd-floor apartment is situated in a newly refurbished 19th century house, which is located only 3 minutes either from the cathedral or from the central market. Everything in the historic centre of Cadiz is within a footwalk distance away from the apartment. The building is located in a pedestrian area and therefore quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms open to a patio of a 18th century convent and are even more quiet. From the roof-top you have a marvelous view over the atlantic ocean.

A large private patio creates a unique space within Cadiz's historic centre. It is our special retreat and we hope you love it as much as we do. Der schachbrettartige Marmorboden und die Holzdeckenbalken verleihen der Wohnung einen besonderen Charme. Die zur Hausgemeinschaft gehörende Dachterrasse liegt nur wenige Treppenstufen über der Wohnung und kann von unseren Gästen jederzeit gerne genutzt werden.
